Pet Meds & Vet Records Log is an offline-first mobile utility. We believe your data belongs to you. No user account or registration is required to use the application. The developer does not collect, sell, or rent your personal information.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
All records, logs, entries, categories, photos, attachments, and settings created within the app are stored strictly on your local device storage. They are never transmitted to developer-operated servers. You have complete control over exporting, sharing, or deleting your data at any time.
3. Advertising and Google Play Billing
The free version of the application displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may process non-sensitive device identifiers, coarse network information, diagnostics, and interaction data to serve ads in compliance with Google's privacy standards and applicable consent regulations (such as GDPR/CPRA via Google's User Messaging Platform). Optional Pro lifetime upgrades are processed securely by Google Play Billing; the developer never sees or stores your payment card credentials.
4. Permissions and Hardware Access
The application only requests permissions strictly essential for its core features (such as notifications for reminders, camera/storage for attaching logs or receipts). We do not request contacts, background location tracking, microphone, SMS, or access to private system accounts.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Because your data is stored on your local device, deleting items in the app removes them permanently. You can instantly erase all application data at any time by clearing storage in Android Settings or by uninstalling the application.
6. Children's Privacy
The application is designed for a general adult audience and professionals (target audience 18+). We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from children under the age of 13.
